Patti Grover Gabrielse - Owner/Broker, Lead Agent
Family heritage. Patti understands protecting and honoring a family’s legacy. Patti’s Father established Grover Company Realtors in the greater Grand Rapids area in 1957. It has been a brokerage held in high esteem for many years. Upon her Father’s passing in 1983, her brother, Arnold Grover continued his commercial business which remains active today.
Market expert, coach and educator. Patti has been a real estate supervising broker and business coach since 2004. She must remain as an economic and housing expert in order to bring the best training and coaching to other agents so they in turn, can best serve their clients.
Legacy Real Estate Advocate. Working with professionals such as financial planners, estate attorneys, elder law, and CPAs, Patti helps a family protect their generational real estate assets, minimize taxes, and facilitate the goals of the family.
Leanna Gann - Transaction Coordinator/Compliance
Years in the business, Leanna is our administrative Transaction Coordinator is involved in the transaction and compliance from start to finish.
